Study On Health Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Secondary Water Supply In Chengdu

The safety of drinking water is directly related to people's health and safety,how to make people use sanitary,safe and qualified drinking water is a prominent problem facing governments at all levels.In recent years,China's social and economic development,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,the number of tall buildings in the city increases year by year,the existing municipal pipe network can no longer fully meet the urban water supply demand,this new mode of water supply comes into being.Therefore,strengthening the health supervision of the secondary water supply is an important responsibility of governments and administrative departments at all levels,as well as an important part of social construction.However,there are many laws and regulations on secondary water supply,with the continuous progress of science and technology and the emergence of various new forms of secondary water supply,the existing laws and regulations can no longer meet the current health regulatory needs.In order to further strengthen the urban water supply of Chengdu secondary water health supervision work,improve the efficiency and level of the supervision and management of secondary water supply,the last barrier to improve safe water use for urban residents,this paper USES the theory of government regulation and street bureaucracy,first of all,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the supervision of secondary water supply in Chengdu from the perspectives of the supervision responsibilities of secondary water supply and hygiene,the status of secondary water supply operators and the allocation of secondary water supply and hygiene supervisors,it is concluded that there are some problems such as insufficient legal basis,unclear management subjects,weak law enforcement power and low efficiency in the supervision of secondary water supply in Chengdu.Then,through in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the supervision of secondary water supply and sanitation,it is concluded that the main reasons for the problems are the lag of legislation,the unsound supervision system,the insufficient ability of the supervision team and the insufficient social supervision.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the advanced experience of health supervision of secondary water supply in other cities inChina and combining with the actual situation of Chengdu,the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the health supervision of secondary water supply in urban areas are put forward.Include establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations on the supervision of secondary water supply and hygiene,perfecting the supervision system of secondary water supply and hygiene,strengthening the construction of the supervision team of secondary water supply and strengthening the cooperation between the main body of health supervision and the third party.It is expected to be helpful to build a systematic secondary water supply health supervision system and improve the secondary water supply health supervision in Chengdu.
