With the call of the state leaders to "develop vocational education vigorously," China's economic structure is optimized and upgraded,and its technological innovation capabilities are gradually improved.A large number of high-quality human resources are required to support it.The development of vocational education is in an unprecedented period of opportunity.The new round of development of vocational education has shown strong momentum.In recent years,people's awareness of self-protection and legal rights protection have been continuously enhanced,and the phenomenon of doctor-patient disputes and tension between doctors and patients has become increasingly prominent in medical activities.As a newly emerging health law that contains both medical expertise and laws and regulations,it can cultivate the legal thinking ability and professional ethics of students in secondary vocational health schools,so that students clearly know what obligations they need to undertake in the future medical and health work.What kind of rights do you have,how to practice medicine according to law,standardize medicine,and resolve medical disputes according to law,so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.However,due to the late start of health law in my country,the germination stage of my country's health law was also after the1980 s,and our medical colleges consciously joined the popularization of professional legal knowledge in ideological and political teaching.There are many problems in the teaching process of the health law course in the secondary vocational health school,and there are not many research results on this issue,and there is a lack of specialized systematic research.Even if foreign research has developed to a certain level,for example,the teaching methods of health law in the United States and Japan have become more and more perfect,but it is not suitable for the practical development needs of health law teaching in my country's secondary occupational health schools.This article mainly uses two research methods: first,the literature analysis method,consults the domestic and foreign secondary occupational health schools' teaching materials of health law,has a macro grasp and understanding of the research content,and at the same time integrates many aspects of it Viewpoints,citing valuable content;Second,the survey method,starting from the needs of the research topic,using a questionnaire to deepen the understanding of the teaching situation of health law in the secondary occupational health schools,to teachers,students in school,Employed students carry out targeted research and obtain first-hand materials to lay the foundation for the research.This article is based on the survey of Rizhao City Health School and the questionnaire for the second-level students.It mainly elaborated on the issues that need to be resolved in five aspects: the quality of health lawtextbooks,curriculum settings,teaching teachers,vocational students themselves and the teaching model.And in-depth exploration and analysis of its internal reasons.The main reason is the instability of health law,the school does not attach great importance to health law,the lack of teachers,and the immature teaching system.At the same time,combined with the survey results and analysis of literature,a new idea for improving the teaching of health law in secondary vocational health schools is proposed: improving the quality of teaching materials for health law,improving the curriculum of health law,strengthening the teaching force of health law in secondary vocational health schools,and cultivating vocational schools Students' interest in learning and reforming teaching models.As a result,the quality and efficiency of health law teaching in secondary vocational health schools can be greatly improved,and the interactive teaching method between teachers and students can be constructed,which is conducive to cultivating students' legal thinking and consciousness of practicing medicine according to law,and cultivating students' practical ability to resolve and handle medical disputes according to law To train all-round development of medical technical personnel for China's medical and health community.
