Human rights are human rights formed in the course of human society's historical development.Marx criticized capitalist human rights theory,inherited classical political economy,German classical philosophy and 19th century utopian socialists1 human rights view,and formed and developed the human rights thought characterized by materialist conception of history.After the later Marxists perfected it in practice and theory,they gradually formed the Marxist human rights view,shifting the study of human righ ts thought from the traditional western human rights which is one-sided and narrow to diversified,greatly enriching and promoting the scientific development of h.uman rights theory.Our c.ountry is in a period of social environm ent change.At the same time,various ideas have poured into our country,especially neo-liberalism.Neo-liberalism,which originated in the 1930s in the west,has gradually become the mainstream ideology of western capitalist society under the con.dition of failure of state interventionist policies.With the reform and opening up in the 1980s,neo-liberalism was introduced into China and exerted great uinfluence on China's economy,politics,cultural thoughts and other fields.This article mainly evaluates neo-liberalism from the perspective of Marxist view of hu)man rights fr-om four aspects:The first part is an introduction,which elaborates the research background of-neo-liberalism,the current research situation at home and abroad,an d the re.search methocds and innovations of this article.The second part analyzes the Marxist human rights view,respectively expounds the formation and development of the Marxi.st human rights view,the main content an d the criticism and transcendence of the Marxist human rights view to the bourgeois human rights theory.The third part evaluates neo-liberalism from the point of view of' Marxist human rights,mainly including the basic content of neo-liberalism,criticism from the theoretical basis,philosophical premise,content of hum an righ ts thought and purpose of human rights theory of neo-liberal ism.The fourth part mainly analyzes the impact of neo-liberal ism on China's socialist construction,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for its negative impact.
