In the new phase of socialist reform and opening to the world and socialist modernization drive,Deng Xiaoping,starting from China's national conditions and realities,applied standpoint of Marxist to research new situations,solve new problems,creatively explore and answer a series of questions such as the necessity,main contents,principles and ways and then Deng Xiaoping's thought about democracy system construction is formed.The practice in the past 40 years of reform and opening-up has proved that this thought is becoming an important and indispensable part of Deng Xiaoping's theory.It is Deng Xiaoping's inheritance and development on Marx,Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong's thought on democracy system construction.It is a scientific theory guiding the practice of democratic system
