The Local Governance Theory Research Perspective Of The Public Governance

Public trust is a kind of soft power,it is the power that the public believes,plays an important role in the construction of the whole social credit system.Government credibility refers to the value judgment of the social organization and the public on the credibility of the government.It is the image of the administrative act of the government and the psychological reaction formed by the credibility generated by the social organization and the people.It is directly related to whether the people voluntarily cooperate with the government's administrative actions,thus reducing the public administration cost of the government and improving administrative efficiency.Study the status quo of the current lack of credibility of local government in our country,analysis leads to the lack of credibility of local government,to explore the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the government credibility,to enhance the credibility of local government in our country,improve the efficiency of government management,promote the harmonious development of society,has the important theoretical and practical significance.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part,through the literature review at home and abroad,puts forward the starting point and research ideas of this paper.The second part,relevant theoretical basis.This paper defines the concept and connotation of government credibility and public governance,and expounds the influence of government credibility on public governance.The third part makes an empirical analysis of the credibility of local governments in China.Taking T municipal government as an example,it USES the method of questionnaire survey to find out the current progress of the credibility of the government in China,and finds out the existing problems and analyzes them through data analysis.Through the analysis,it is found that different groups of people have different levels of understanding of the government,and the society and enterprises have low understanding of the government,which indicates that the government should strengthen the communication with enterprises and the society,so that more people can understand and trust the government,and thus improve the credibility of the government.At the same time,the problems of local government credibility are found,including: insufficient public participation,the level of government service still needs to be improved,the imperfect supervision system of public policy,the single subject of local government performance evaluation,and the imperfect construction of social credit system.After finding out the problems,the paper analyzes the problems,mainly including the following points: weak concept of public participation,still need to strengthen the formulation and implementation of public policies,asymmetric access to information by the public,and immature cooperation between the government and the society.The fourth part,through thinking about the problems found in the survey,puts forward measures and Suggestions to enhance the credibility of the government.First,strengthen the rule of law and create an environment of integrity.Second,set up the concept of public governance and realize diversified governance.Third,expand channels for citizen participation and strengthen cooperation and exchanges.Fourth,we should increase the number of evaluation subjects and improve the government performance evaluation mechanism.Fifth,we will extensively collect public opinions and improve the social credit system.The fifth part,through the analysis and research of the first four parts,summarizes the thesis.The key to improve the government's credibility is to build a legal government and a service-oriented government.The macro-control of science and effective government governance are the inherent requirements to give full play to the advantages of the socialist market economy.Only change government function,we need to deepen the reform of administrative system,innovative management style,enhance the government credibility and execution,in order to properly perform the functions of the government,improve the level of scientific management,the construction of the people's satisfaction of the government,to realize the modernization of the socialist power to provide strong support.
