A Study On The Construction Of The Party's Work Style And Clean Government For Rural Grassroots Organizations In G District,D City

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee and party committees and governments at all levels have continuously intensified their efforts in building a clean and honest party and fighting against corruption,and proposed to comprehensively strengthen party governance and extend it to the grassroots level.Rural grassroots party organizations are the basis of the party's entire work and fighting capacity in rural areas,and the villagers' self-government committee is the basic carrier to realize the villagers' self-governance,which constitute the basic framework of rural grassroots organizations.Whether the party conduct and clean government construction requirements of rural grassroots organizations are implemented and achieved actual results is related to the livelihood of the majority of farmers and plays an important role in ensuring the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the rural revitalization strategy put forward at the 19 th CPC national congress.G district of D city is one of the four municipal districts of D city.It is also the urban area with the largest area,the largest permanent population and the fastest economic growth rate among the municipal districts.The rapid development of social economy and urbanization as well as the continuous increase of floating population have brought about profound changes in rural ideology,social structure and benefit pattern,and raised higher requirements for the construction of party conduct and clean government in rural grassroots organizations.Therefore,the study on the countermeasures to promote the construction of party conduct and clean government of rural grassroots organizations in G district of D city can not only understand the current situation of the construction of party conduct and clean government of rural grassroots organizations,but also provide policy ideas for improving the construction of party conduct and clean government of rural grassroots organizations in G district of D city.By means of interviews,questionnaires and access to relevant materials,this paper investigates the current situation of party conduct and clean government construction of rural grassroots organizations in district G,city D.Through empirical analysis and statistical analysis of the survey data,this paper summarizes the problems and causes of the party conduct and clean government construction of rural grassroots organizations in G district of D city.In combination with the practical situation of D city G area advanced experience and similar areas,has been clear about the advance D city G area overall idea of the construction of rural organizations at the grass-roots level movement,put forward to strengthen the education to guide,standardize power,strengthening the supervision and management of the three specific measures,and further promote the reform of rural grassroots democracy autonomy from the supervision and management system reform,rural cadres,the reform of rural talent training incentive mechanism from three aspects,to advance D city G district rural grassroots organization of party to build a clean government called for the top-level design are put forward.
