Internet public opinion refers to the social and political attitudes initiated by Internet users in the cyberspace triggered by intermediary matters and spread through the Internet.Due to the increasing popularity of the Internet and the continuous improvement of the people's legal awareness,more and more social people are participating in the judicial operation through the network.Whether the judiciary should consider the social influence factors in the process of trial of the case has aroused the attention of the academic circles in China.China is in a period of social transformation,and judicial reform has also entered the “deep water zone”.In response to the call of the 19 th National Congress of “Building a Socialist Rule of Law”,trial independence is the core essence of the rule of law China.Therefore,how to position online public opinion in judicial trial is a difficult problem in today's academic and judicial circles.This paper takes the benign interaction mechanism of network public opinion and judicial trial as the research goal,and focuses on analyzing the mechanism of network public opinion affecting judicial trial.The problems that the authorities have in the network public opinion response measures point out the path of the network public opinion crisis.In this regard,the paper mainly carried out the following research work.The paper systematically expounds the research background,significance,research status and main research methods at home and abroad in the introduction part.The first chapter defines the concept of network public opinion and analyzes the classification and characteristics of network public opinion,so as to clarify the research object.The second chapter analyzes the impact of online public opinion on judicial trials and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the interaction between the two.The third chapter analyzes the response measures of the current judicial authorities' network public opinion crisis and finds out the existing problems so as to solve the problem.The fourth chapter analyzes the experience of extraterritorial judicial organs in dealing with online public opinion and provides inspiration for how the Chinese judicial organs deal with online public opinion.The fifth chapter proposes solutions and improvement paths for the network crisis of the judicial organs in our country to resolve and form a benign interaction.
