With the rapid development of mobile social network,the network public opinion is distributed in a diffusive network,with faster propagation speed,shorter evolution cycle of network public opinion and "blowout effect".The traditional "golden hour" has been unable to cope with the information fission and explosive dissemination.The government can not alleviate the negative impact of the network public opinion crisis by deleting posts,removing hot searches and other ways,which leads to the public opinion crisis The misunderstanding of Internet public opinion governance,increasing the people's doubts about the government's actions,impact the foundation of the government's credibility.Therefore,in the network public opinion governance environment with high incidence and frequent occurrence,by exploring the factors that affect the government's credibility in the network public opinion governance,focusing on the government's work,efforts are made to improve the regulatory mechanism for the network and the public,as well as the improvement of their own work,so as to promote the government to make scientific,correct and effective decisions,which is conducive to the improvement of the government's credibility.The main content of this study is to make an empirical analysis of the factors that affect the credibility of the government under the governance of Internet public opinion,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the credibility of the government.First of all,through the sorting of a large number of documents,this paper selects three factors that affect the credibility of the government under the governance of Internet public opinion: government guidance,Internet users' participation and Internet media;secondly,it makes relevant assumptions on the selected factors,designs relevant questionnaires to obtain effective data through questionnaire survey;next,it uses SPSS18.0 to test the reliability and validity of the data,and AMOS22.0 to test the data The confirmatory factor analysis is carried out to verify the convergence degree of the data,and the structural equation model is constructed for three exogenous potential variables of government guidance and control,netizen participation,network media,and one endogenous potential variable of government credibility.AMOS22.0 is used to test the fitting degree of the model and the path and hypothesis of the structural formula model,and the government guidance,netizen participation,network media factors are obtained Element has a significant impact on the credibility of the government.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusion,this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the Government Credibility under the governance of network public opinion.The government should strengthen its own construction,strengthen the government's response ability to network public opinion,expand communication channels with the public,establish an open information release platform,improve administrative efficiency,strengthen the service consciousness of administrative personnel,etc.;netizens should maintain rationality in the face of complex network information,and do not follow the trend.The government should strengthen network quality education for netizens,and cultivate rational thinking of the public Ability: the network media should improve the sense of responsibility of the media,strengthen the self-discipline of the industry,the government should strengthen the supervision of the network media,and formulate strong laws and regulations,so as to achieve the effective governance of the government on the network public opinion,and the stability of the government's credibility.
