Research On Dialogic Communication And Countermeasures Of Gansu Government WeChat Accounts

With the help of data mining technology of Qingbo Index,this study takes data analysis and content analysis as the main research methods to explore the communication status of Gansu government Wechat accounts.Initially,this study combs the opening situation of government Wechat accounts in 14 cities,86 districts and counties of Gansu Province,further screens 66 government Wechat accounts which have been relatively well developed as the investigation object: takes release times and publiced article numbers to examine their "presence" degree;takes daily average reading times,average reading times,headline(daily average)reading times,maximum reading times and WCI value to examine their communication ability status,through which,the status of Gansu government Wechat accounts is basically clarified.Then,on this basis,10 government Wechat accounts(5 cities,5 districts and counties)were selected as the in-depth content analysis object,takes release index,content index,interaction index and service index as main analysis indicators,studies all released information of 10 government Wechat accounts within two random-constructed weeks,and deeply discusses their dialogic communication status.Through above analysis from superficies to interior,this study finds holistic insufficient in Gansu government Wechat accounts such as duplicate construction,communication failure,lack of linkage,monotonous communication orientation and retrieval mode,inadequate "presence" time and originality,obsolete presentation mode,dislocation between information provision and public demand,inadequate interaction,defective service and so on.But also finds that Gansu government Wechat accounts pay more attention to the newness,visual significance and psychological proximity of their titles,and localization degree of information is also higher.Finally,combining with the core enlightenment of dialogue theory,this study puts forward strategies to develop dialogic communication of Gansu government Wechat accounts: integrate internal and external resources,enhance cooperative linkage;adjust operation management mechanism,improve service depth;increase "virtual co-existence" time,create dialogue atmosphere forwardly;deeply explore user needs,and set attention focus rationally.
