The Suggestion Of The Consumer's Right Of Regret In China

The newly revised “Law of the PRC on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers” provides the consumer's right of regret,and this is the confirmation of the consumer's right of regret in the legal system for the first time in our country.And consumer's right of regret has been provided in the law not for long,there are some problems in the completeness and practicalities of the provision in judicial practice.This article is divided into three parts,the first part of the concept of consumer rights,characteristics,nature were analyzed.The second part of the process of consumer counterattack into the law of the process of combing,so combined with the case of consumer confession right of the status and possible problems to be analyzed.In the third part of the article,some suggestions are put forward for the problems in the implementation process.It is suggested to the refinement of the scope of the customer's rights of regret,to increase the manager's obligation to inform consumers,to refine the way of the exercise of right,clear right to regret the dispute in the burden of proof,etc.
