The United States, France, Germany, Japan and other countries have established such a system.consumers have the right minds is an international practice. Chinese current "Consumer Rights Protection Law" does not give consumers the right to regret . The lack of the right is incomplete. It can't protect consumers completely by what consumers promise. This paper proposes the United States, France and other countries related to the right system on the basis of comparison and analysis, combined with Chinese current right of consumers to regret , the practice of buying and selling activities, initially construct our country's consumer's right to regret on the system.In addition to the background and conclusions of the topics of this paper ,this paper is divided into four parts.
