An Empirical Analysis Of Undercover Investigation Measures In Duty Crime Cases

Nowadays,the whole society is keeping their eyes on the harm of duty crimes.The investigation departments in procuratorates are constantly increasing the intensity of duty crime investigation.However,statutory investigation measures are not very effective on account of the characteristics of duty crimes and investigation on them.To increase the efficiency of duty crime investigation,undercover investigation measures are taken under certain circumstances,mainly including disguised investigation and informant.Meanwhile,for the lack of legislative authorization and relevant regulations,undercover investigation measures bring obvious problems and high risks.It is necessary for us to pay close attention to the problems and find solutions to make duty crime investigation legal and efficient.
