This paper in the presence of the duty crime investigation system in China presence,in-depthanalysis of job-related crimes investigation’s concept,nature, contents and value, and tracesthe origins of job-related crimes investigation,looking for similar legislation experience, atthe same time in the domestic question theory negative argument,in order to support thevalue and the necessity of the duty crime investigation system in our country.
