| Telehealth compared with Traditional Healthcare is a new business model in healthcare industry.The current PRC healthcare legal framework is based on Traditional Healthcare.With the reform of the healthcare system in China,the Telehealth booms up.However,there's no clarification on the definition of Telehealth and it is in the grey area.This paper is designed to firstly present the business model of the current Telehealth and the legal issues it is facing.Though Telehealth is a new trend in China,it has developed around twenty years in the developed countries like United State and Europe.Learning and absorbing the advanced system from other developed countries or areas will help us to better develop our own laws and regulations with respect to Telehealth. |
