China's aging trend is irreversible, and the extension of population life expectancy has led to a sharp increase in the number of elderly populations. The proportion of disabled and semi-disabled elderly in China is also increasing with the acceleration of China's aging process, and the rise is The long-term care needs of the disabled elderly are rising. In recent years, the government and society have paid more and more attention to the long-term care of disabled elderly people.Under the promotion of healthy aging slogans and the government's strong support, more than 20 cities in Qingdao,Guangzhou,Chengdu,Shanghai, etc.Has started the pilot work of long-term care insurance, and began to provide long-term care services for the disabled elderly. In general, the existing long-term care insurance pilot work in cities has made some progress, but there is still a long-term care service supply and The problem of mismatched service behavior choices for disabled elderly people has directly led to the inversion of service supply, the waste of service resources, the inefficient service provision, and the inability to adequately meet the long-term care needs of disabled elderly. This thesis takes the disabled old people as the research object, and cuts in from the perspective of the influencing factors of the long-term care service supply mode of disabled disabled people. The empirical conclusions are drawn through the empirical analysis, and the targeted policy recommendations are put forward according to the research conclusions,in order to provide long-term care for China.Development assistance. This paper firstly sorts out the supply of long-term care services in pilot cities in China, summarizes the development of long-term care in China and the construction of pilot work, and points out the shortcomings of the current supply of long-term care services in China; In the past, the research hypothesis was made, and the subjective needs of the disabled old people and the objective reality needs were taken. The Anderson health behavior model was used as the theoretical basis, and the possible influences were screened from the data of the Chinese elderly health longevity influencing factors(CLHLS2014).The variable indicators that can select the behavior of the elderly are divided into three categories: propensity characteristics, ability factors and need factors. As the independent variables of this study, the long-term care service supply method(divided into formal care and informal care)is selected as this time. The dependent variable of the study;then three binary logistic regression models were established, and the data of the propensity, ability and need factors were sequentially included in the regression model, and the regression results were obtained to verify the hypothesis. The results of the model show that the needs of the disabled elderly and the ability factors will have a significant impact on the choice of long-term care services for the disabled elderly, but the influence of the propensity characteristics is not significant, specifically: the marital status of the disabled elderly, the presence or absence of the community Factors such as care services, medical insurance with or without pension insurance, people living with them, and disability can have a significant impact on the choice of long-term care services for disabled elderly, while other factors such as age, education, gender, etc.are not significant..Based on the empirical results, the paper concludes that the lack of family care resources, the availability of care services resources, the higher the social security, the better the economic conditions and the higher the degree of disability. Will be more inclined to use formal long-term care services. Finally, based on the empirical conclusions, this paper also proposes three policy recommendations to promote the development of long-term care in China. One is that we need to change our understanding and scientifically adjust and improve the evaluation index system for disabled elderly. The second is to insist on building a home-based long-term care service supply model;the third is to strengthen social security, pay attention to the community, and improve the accessibility of long-term care services.
