The Research On The Content Production Mechanism Of E-government Wechat And Its Affiliated Matrix

As one of the representatives of the e-government new media,e-government Wechat highlights the change of the government’s governing concept and represents the new trend of the development of the e-government.In this paper,“Shanghai Release” Wechat and its matrix is taken as an example to study the current development situation,content production mechanism and synergistic mechanism of e-government Wechat,in order to conduct a systematic and summarized research on it.This paper summarizes the current academic research on Wechat from the aspects of Wechat communication characteristics and models,Wechat matrix,content production,operational issues,collaborative research on Wechat and its influence.Based on the gatekeeper theory and the coordination theory,the author uses the data collection method,the text mining method and the depth interview method as the main research methods in this paper.Firstly,the author uses text mining methods to conduct a quantitative analysis on the basic form of e-government Wechat matrix.Secondly,through in-depth interviews,the paper analyzes the source and the approval mechanism of the contents of e-government Wechat matrix.In addition,the author also studies the synergetic mechanism and effects of the e-government WeChat matrix from the aspects of current situation,functional positioning,and synergetic effects.
