Research On Content Production And Operation Of"Jiangxi Court"Administration Wechat

Nowadays,e-government has developed rapidly.The large number of users based on Tencent’s platform has become one of the important tools for interaction between the government and the people and improving the effectiveness of the government’s public services.The people’s court is the key department to further realize the rule of law in our country.Therefore,the construction of government WeChat in the court system plays an important role in building a society under the rule of law,broadening judicial channels,and serving the people.As the official WeChat public account of the Jiangxi Provincial Higher People’s Court,the "Jiangxi Court" government administration WeChat established a new media studio on January8,2018,which was established for about one year.The number of fans can exceed400,000,ranking stable in the top five in the national court system WeChat Public.Therefore,the author uses the "Jiangxi Court" government affairs WeChat as a case study and uses the participation observation method to conduct in-depth research within the editorial department.Through the research,the author finds that the "Jiangxi Court" government affairs WeChat caters to the audience through multiple forms in terms of content production and operation.However,there are also many problems.For example,at the level of content construction,there are problems such as single topics,serious homogenization,and frequent "title party" phenomena.At the operational level,there are problems such as weak professional operating capacity,lack of precise audience positioning,single operating strategy,and lack of new media connectivity;Within the system,there are problems such as single assessment methods,strong personnel mobility,financial and technical difficulties that can not be solved and lack of effective public opinion coping mechanisms,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the "Jiangxi court" government affairs WeChat.Based on various problems,the author puts forward suggestions for improving the content production,setting up the thinking of "content is king",and making the title of "interest + tolerance".In terms of operational means,suggestions are made to speed up data development,establish a good government image,expand the scope of communication,change the expression mode,and establish a new media matrix.We will put forward suggestions for improving the system of professional assessment,organizing specialized training,providing strong support for technical funds,and establishing a complete public opinion response mechanism,so that the government WeChat of the "Jiangxi Court" and even the government WeChat of the national court system can benefit the people.Information push and other aspects of continuous progress for the public to bring more quality personalized services.
