| Along with the deepening of global integration and the sustainable development of society and economy,more and more overseas Non-Governmental Organizations(NGOs)come to China and make vigorous progress.They launched a series of activities in various areas such as education,science and technology,culture,medical and health care,poverty alleviation and ecological protection in the past two decades.These Overseas NGOs which utilize their organizational advantages,have brought in abundant funds,advanced technology and experience,made up for the deficiencies of the government in the field of social public services,promoted international communication and cooperation,and made positive contributions to China’s public welfare undertakings.However,due to the long-term lack of regulatory laws and imperfect systems and mechanisms,there are still many problems in the supervision of overseas NGOs activities in the mainland of China.Due to the imperfect regulatory mechanism and legal system,there are still many overseas NGOs with complex political background carrying out illegal activities in China,which poses a potential threat to China’s national security and social harmony and stability.This paper studies the concept and basic theory of overseas NGOs by using literature research method,comparative research method and other methods,analysis the influence of domestic activities of overseas NGOs and the current situation of supervision with relevant theories in the field of public administration,points out the existing problems in supervision,and explores the causes of the problems.This paper summarizes the management experience of some typical countries,put forward suggestions such as perfecting the construction of the rule of law system,constructing a three-dimensional supervision and administration mechanism,and improve the management ability of relevant departments in order to optimize the supervision and administration of overseas NGOs in China. |
