A Study On The Theory Of Strict Governance Of The Party By The Communist Party Of China In An All-round Way

The CPC's comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is based on the Marxist theory of Party building.It is an important strategic plan for the CPC Central Committee to continuously strengthen the Party building and improve the Party's leadership and level in the new era.With the development of the times and practice,the Party has been enriched and deepened in an all-round and strict way.The Nineteenth National Congress put forward the general requirements of the Party's construction in the new era,emphasizing that the Party's political construction should be put in the first place,and that the discipline construction should be included in it,thus innovating the general layout of the Party's construction.Systematically sorting out and analyzing the theoretical sources,development process and new requirements of the CPC's strict control of the Party in an all-round way is of great significance and value for grasping the law of the CPC's construction and promoting the Party's construction and the development of the country under the new situation.In this paper,the main framework of the general layout of the Party's construction in the new era is to elaborate and analyze the new requirements for the strict administration of the Party in an all-round way since the Nineteenth National Congress.The first part mainly introduces the theoretical origin and realistic basis of the CPC's strict governance of the Party in an all-round way,the theoretical origin of the Marxist theory of Party building,and the complex domestic and foreign environment as its realistic basis;the second part mainly explains the development process of the CPC's strict governance of the Party in an all-round way;The third part mainly elaborates and analyses the new requirements and the latest exploratory results of the seven aspects of the general layout of the Party building of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
