Study On Khan System People In North China

Khan is the title of the highest leader of the northern nomads formed after the fourth century,which has the common characteristics of the social and political system of the grassland tribes,especially in the legal system of the nomads in the whole north.From the earliest soft sweat system,later Turkic,Huihe and Mongolians had absorbed,inherited,developed and perfected the Khan system.Khan is not only the supreme leader of the tribe,but also the supreme ruler of the regime organization.In the nomadic society of the north in ancient times,the power of the great Khan was higher than that of all the other peoples.According to the will of the individual,Khan sealed and rewarded the lords at all levels,and the rise and fall of the position of the lords at all levels.Immunity,the size of power and whether hereditary,but also by his own arbitrary,subjects under the control of the life and death of power,control of administrative,military and judicial supremacy。Based on the perspective of the sweating system of the nomadic peoples in the north,this paper examines the concept,norms and functions of the sweating system of the nomadic peoples in the north with the examples of soft run,Turkic,Huihe and Mongolian Khan systems.The first part starts with the meaning of the word "Khan",and analyzes the origin and development of the Khan system,the form and nature of the Khan sign and the function of the sweat sign.The second part attempts to generalize and summarize the perspiration system of the nomadic peoples in the north through the induction and summary of the northern nomadic peoples,thesystematic analysis of the forms of perspiration and the reasons for the formation of the perspiration system of the nomadic peoples in the northern part of the country,and the reasons for the formation of the perspirable system.The commonness and difference of degree;The third part discusses the social basis of sweat right,the evolution rule of sweat position,the movement of sweat power,and further clarifies the characteristics of perspiration system of northern nomadic people,the inheritance of sweat system of northern nomadic people,and the influence of sweat system.
