A Study On Ideological And Political Education Of The People's Army

The ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in the people's army can be said to be the most effective,lasting and vital ideological and political education in the world today.The people's army is a unique form of army in China.It is an army established by the people spontaneously or under the leadership of the advanced class and fighting for the benefit of the people.The people's army under the leadership of the Communist Party of China adheres to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,works thoroughly for the interests of the people,and shoulders the important task of safeguarding the security of the motherland.It is the basic guarantee that China can rise rapidly and stand in the forest of nations in the world.The ideological and political education of the people's army plays a decisive role in the whole life of the people's army.It can be said that without ideological and political education,there would be no birth of the people's army.Ideological and political education runs through the life of the people's army.With the profound changes in the situation of national defense and military construction,the role of ideological and political education has become increasingly prominent.Under the new situation,the ideological and political education work of the people's army is one of the most important and serious issues for our party to strengthen the army and rejuvenate the army.Based on Xi Jinping's thought of strengthening the army,this paper systematically discusses the role,role and significance of the ideological and political education of the CPC in mobilizing the enthusiasm of Chinese soldiers by using dialectical materialism and historical materialism.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,research status and research innovation points of the ideological and political education of the Army in the new era.The second chapter mainly discusses the position of ideological and political education in the ideological construction of the army.Firstly,it introduces the central link of Ideological and political education in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the people's army,the unique political advantages of the people's army,or the needs of China's national and military conditions.Secondly,it introduces the important role of ideological and political education in the role of thought guidance,ideological regulation,psychological balance and behavioral motivation.The third chapter introduces the influence of the social environment on the ideological and political education of the people's army in the new era,which introduces the effect of the good social environment to enhance the ideological and political education,the main influence of the social environment,and the strengthening of the utilization and transformation of the social environment.The four part expounds the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping's strong people's army thought to the Chinese people's army in the new era,and introduces the main contents of Xi Jinping's strong people's army and the positive role played by Xi Jinping's strong people's army thought in major military events.The fifth part expounds the basic ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of the people's army.It elaborates from the implementation of General Secretary Xi's thought of ruling the people's army,in-depth education on communist outlook on life,establishment of a good internal relationship between the people's army,care for the vital interests of the military,deepening education reform and other several aspects.Through these five parts,the author applies the basic experience of ideological and political education to the practice of the people's army of the new era in accordance with the research method of the unity of theory and practice,and puts forward many constructive suggestions.
