Study On Evaluation Of Ideological And Political Education In Army At Grass Roots Level

Ideological and political education plays an essential role to strengthen nationaldefense and army building. As the issue of Outline for Armed Forces Construction atthe Grass Roots Level, the evaluation of ideological and political education becamemuch more a daily routine and under the spotlight of lead agency. However, there stillexists numbers of difficulties in the evaluation of ideological and political education,mainly due to its characteristics and the lack of appropriate methodology. In this thesis,a reasonable and complete index system of evaluation of ideological and politicaleducation was presented, as well as a computation model, based on the status of thedevelopment of evaluation of ideological and political education. And it was expectedto provide appropriate approaches for the construction of ideological and politicaleducation at the grass roots level.The main contents of this thesis are outlined as follows:(1) Review of the theory and gains of the evaluation of ideological and politicaleducation and optimum distribution of resources.(2) To stabilize an evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education: theindex system of evaluation was built and the process and method were defined;computation model for ideological and political education was worked out.(3) To propose method of resource optimization: the organization of annualideological and political education for army at the grass roots level was reasonablyplanned, and the education resources were optimally distributed, so that the educationalappropriations could be saved to a great degree.(4) Application in reality: According to the real problem of evaluation ofideological and political education, the application of these methods in a certain army atthe grass roots level was presented.
