Research On The Realization Path Of Social Equity And Justice In Contemporary China

Fairness and justice are an important part of the essence of socialism,as well as the vivid practice of Marxist jurisprudence in contemporary China.They have strong social cohesion,centripetal force and appeal.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development".The new era brings new tasks,new tasks put forward new requirements,to win and build a well-off society in an all-round way,the society needs fairness and justice more.In this context,in-depth study of fairness and justice has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes fairness and justice as the core concept,comprehensively uses the basic theories of Marxism and the history of the CPC,and focuses on the overall grasp of the issue of social fairness and justice in China.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the topic from four aspects: the source of the topic,the research background,the current research situation and the research significance.The text is divided into three chapters.The second chapter takes the accurate definition of the concept of fairness and justice as the starting point of the study.From the theoretical level,it systematically expounds the scientific connotation of social fairness and justice,summarizes the exploration and discussion of social fairness and justice by Marx and Engel and the Chinese Communists since the founding of the People's Republic,and provides a solid theoretical basis for the realization of social fairness and justice in the fourth chapter.Chapter three is mainly based on the reality of contemporary China,focusing on the current problems of China's fairness and justice,such as unfair income distribution in the economic field,unfair law enforcement and justice in the political field,unequal educational opportunities in the cultural field and imperfect safeguard system in the field of people's livelihood,which seriously hamper the realization of fairness and justice.At the same time,the causes of contemporary social injustice are analyzed,which plays a guiding role in the realization of social fairness and justice.Chapter Four,starting from the realistic problems faced by Chinese society,probes into the basic path of realizing social fairness and justice in contemporary society.It mainly carries forward the value consensus of social fairness and justice in ideology,strengthens the education of fairness and justice,and internalizes the concept of fairness and justice in mind and externalizes it in practice.Economic efforts should be made to increase residents' income,accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development,and achieve fairness and justice at a certain level of development by enlarging the cake.Politically,by promoting social reform focusing on people's livelihood,strengthening the construction of the rule of law and strengthening the building of a clean and honest Party style,we can eliminate the accumulated disadvantages of the institutional mechanism and the cancer that breeds in the healthy body of the Party,and create a better institutional soil for the growth of fairness and justice.In a word,fairness and justice are the "first heart" of the Communists of China.They are also the sharp weapon for our Party to sum up historical experience,condense the value concept of the core of socialist spirit and maintain social stability and harmony and reduce social risks in the new era.It is of great practical significance to explore the practical path of social fairness and justice,to make more effective institutional arrangements and to achieve the general goal of common prosperity,and to provide a source of impetus for China to cross dangerous beaches and torrents and achieve higher-level development in the new era.
