A Study On Rawls's Theory Of Distributive Justice And Implications For The Reform Of The Distribution Field In China

Rawls is a famous representative of Western political liberalism.He devoted his life to the study of just.The theory of distributive justice is an important branch of the theory of justice.The study of justice in the academic begins with Rawls,and Rawls published two articles on 'Distributive Justice'(1967),'Distributive Justice:some supplements'(1968),both of which revolve around the distribution of justice systems explains his understanding of the theory of distributive justice in the modern sense.After the publication of the paper triggered a public hot debate,different scholars have written about it to different degrees of discussion.Rawls's theory of distributive justice belongs to the category of political philosophy,the most extensive freedom of equality,the promotion of equality of opportunity and the principle of difference,and most importantly,Rawls attaches importance to the rights of the least advantaged and whether they have a better outlook for life is quite concerned.Rawls argues that a system of justice should be designed under the protection of the Constitution and that the government should play an active role in the equal distribution of wealth.The two principles of justice permeate Rawls' theory of distributive justice and always involve the distribution of rights and obligations,income and wealth.In this paper,a just savings principle is classified as an additional principle of the principle of justice.In the long run,contemporary people must consider the distributive justice of the next generation.At the same time,Rawls considered moral considerations,and he recognized that inequality between people could be just,but only if such inequality was good for everyone in the social system,especially at least advantaged.China is in a comprehensive well-off society to tackle the difficult stage,the gap between the rich and the poor to solve the problem of poor disposal will inevitably intensify social contradictions,affecting social stability.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,our leaders pay more attention to solving this problem.The three main bodies of government,market and society are important forces in the field of distribution.Social justice and fairness is the common pursuit of the value of China and the West.After the distribution of wealth is fair and reasonable,the people can achieve common prosperity and solve the problem of distributive justice,which will effectively promote the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction of the article,briefly introduces the background and significance of Rawls' theory of distributive justice,and explains the research situation and the research method at home and abroad.The second part traces the source,the origin of the theory of justice and the development of the status,including the basic content of the theory that the distribution of wealth on the different classes of society will have the impact,as well as the distribution of Rawls' theory of justice and the core of the distribution.The third part of the discussion is the value of Rawls' theory of distributive justice and its limitation,which mainly demonstrates the rationality of its distributive justice from the perspective of social system and least advantaged.Its limitations are manifested in the neglect of the power out of the government and the enthusiasm of the rich and so on.On the basis of discussing the theory of Rawls' distributive justice and the actual situation in China,the fourth part analyzes the revelation from the reform of China's distribution field.By playing the leading role of the government,and actively implement the supply side of the structural reform,attention to the power of social organizations and other paths to build China's distribution of fairness and justice in the field of a blueprint,reform and opening up the development of the results to be shared,the citizens to achieve a sense of acquired feeling.The results of the reform benefit all the members of the community.
