Research On The Innovation Of Urban Village Governance In The New Urbanization

Urbanization is the historical stage of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also one of the important symbols modernization.The emergence of urban villages in the development of urbanization in China is a special problem formed under the special urban-rural dual system,which has both universality and particularity.The problem of urban village governance affects the quality of urbanization.It can solve the problem of urban village governance and accelerate the integration of urban villages into the city,which is the theoretical and practical problems.Although urban village governance has experienced a more complex process,because of various reasons,the governance effect is not obvious,the contradictions and problems caused by the village have not been fundamentally solved.Since the 18 th national congress,the central proposed the new urbanization strategy,which is the core of new urbanization is people-oriented,and improving the quality of urbanization is the guidance.The basic characteristics are urban-rural integration,industrial interaction,economical and intensive,ecological livable and harmonious development.New urbanization focus on the farmers,and covers the rural.It pointed out the direction for the transformation and governance of urban villages in the process of urbanization.This study based on the field of vision of new urbanization and took jiaozuo shanyang district as an example.It collectted first-hand information through field investigation;on-site interview;distribution of questionnaires and collection of relevant documents and materials.The reseach investigated the basic situation and the current situation of the village in shanyang district.The samples were selected from 10 villages in different stages of development and geographical distribution in jiaozuo shanyang.It investigated and analyzed the urban village residents' understanding,willingness and satisfaction of the urban village governance aspects.Based on the view of new urbanization,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of urban village governance from five aspects: politics,economy,society,culture and ecology.Finally,based on the view of new urbanization,putting forward adjusting the goal of urban village governance,innovating governance concept,innovating governance system,innovating governance mechanism and innovating governance means is to speed up the new urbanization process,realize the comprehensive well-off to lay a solid foundation,and to realize the city in ideology form,living from and social from integrating into the city,make a little contribution.At the same time,This article provides references for improving our government's grassroots governance capability,innovating governance concept,governance system,governance mechanism and governance measures.
