Study On Women's Ideological And Political Education In The Early Stage Of The New China

Ideological and political education is the political advantage and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China,and it is the lifeline of the party's economic work and all other work.In the early stages of the new China,the Communist Party of China carried out the ideological and political education for women with various forms and rich contents.Women were emancipated from the feudal patriarchal shackles which has lasted for thousands of years.Ideological and political education have played a major role in promoting the smooth progress of women's liberation and socialist transformation.It is of great significance for us to exploring the contents,methods and experiences of women's ideological education in the early years of the founding of new China,which can enhance and improve the effectiveness of the current ideological and political education to women.Guided by Marxism,this paper systematically studied women's ideological and political education in the early days of new China based on the methods of literature studies and historical analysis of the existing research.After the founding of new China,the party and the government are faced with complex social conditions and backward ideological and political education of women.The historical background of this period determines the necessity and urgency of the party's ideological and political education for women.Therefore,on the basis of inheriting the experience of women's ideological and political education in the period of the new democratic revolution,the Communist Party of China carried out ideological and political education on women's concept of labor,marriage,patriotism and political participation,which was guided by the theory of Marx,Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong on women's problems.Meanwhile,it combined with the central work of the socialist revolution in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.The specific work methods include propaganda and mobilization,persuasion and education,complaining,example demonstration,political education and cultural education.In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China,women's ideological and political education was rich in content,flexible and varied methods,which made great achievements and mobilized women's enthusiasm for production.It also raised women's political awareness and promoted the awakening of women's subjective consciousness.Women's ideological and political education,in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China,had an important inspiration for current: Firstly,make full use of Ideological and political education as the lifeline function.Secondly,We should attach importance to the actual needs of women and enhance the effectiveness of women's ideological and political work.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of women's organizations and enhancing women's cohesion.Fourthly,innovate the theories and methods of women's ideological and political education to adapt to the new requirements of the new era.
