The people of our country pay more and more attention to the anomie of network speech,because the network has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.The development direction of network speech is not only related to personal life and learning,but also to the stability of society and the long-term stability of the country.To properly solve the anomie of network speech,we need to deal with the relationship between freedom and order in the network society.Marxism is a scientific theory aiming at the problem of human emancipation,in which freedom is an important field.Materialistic and dialectical analysis of the relationship between freedom of speech and order on the Internet can not only provide theoretical guidance for solving the practical problems of anomie of speech on the Internet,but also further enrich and develop theoretical research and practical exploration on freedom.Based on the analysis of the basic content and unique advantages of Marxist concept of freedom,this paper systematically studies and explores the current situation,causes and solutions of anomie of online speech.This paper first expounds the basic connotation of Marxist concept of freedom.Marx's view of scientific freedom is a scientific theory aiming at the liberation of human freedom.It expounds materially and dialectically the relationship between freedom and order.The subject of freedom is human,including human beings as a whole,as a collective and as an individual.Freedom is the value goal pursued by human beings.People's freedom is not only at the ideological level,but also a concrete and realistic freedom.There is only one way to realize freedom,that is,people-centered practice and development.Compared with other Western views of freedom,Marxist views of freedom lie in insisting on historical materialism and putting freedom in the development of social history.Such a way of thinking will provide effective and feasible theoretical guidance for the study and solution of the anomie of network speech in reality.Secondly,the article summarizes the concepts of what is the anomie behavior of network speech and what is the anomie behavior of network speech.It analyses the basic connotation of anomie behavior of network speech from both external and internal aspects,and sums up three specific forms of anomie behavior of network speech combined the legitimate rights and interests of the freedom of network speech within the territory of our people.We need to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of our network society from a macro perspective.All kinds of regulatory measures should follow the principle of necessity,first,to formulate regulatory measures on the premise that advantages outweigh disadvantages;second,to follow the principle of feasible effectiveness,the measures must be put into practice and can solve problems;third,to follow the principle of rationality and legitimacy,China adheres to the basic strategy of governing the country by law,and various solutions to social problems.Measures must be formulated and implemented within the scope permitted by law.From the aspects of perfecting Internet law,establishing Internet ethics,self-discipline of Internet industry and real-name system of Internet,this paper puts forward specific directions and measures for correcting anomie of Internet speech
