A Study On Self-organizing Ability Of Women In Urban Communities Involved In Developmental Group

In recent years,China has advocated the concept of social governance of co-governance and sharing.As the most basic unit of the city,the community has provided an important platform for implementing policies,establishing organizations,and sharing benefits,and has become an important breakthrough in innovative social governance.The current community governance has problems such as unclear main body responsibilities,strong administrative color,imperfect autonomy mechanism,and insufficient participation of residents 'communities.The multi-governance community governance model has not yet been formed.Community self-organization,which is spontaneous,folk and diverse,conforms to the demands of the times,meets the needs of community governance,complements the inadequacy of community public affairs that administrative systems are difficult to undertake,and becomes the master of community development.It is of great significance to effectively develop and utilize community resources,communicate community relations and coordinate community conflicts to promote construction and development.The development of community self-organization has short time,lack of resources and poor quality.The cultivation and development of community self-organization is a long-term process and requires the coordinated participation of all parties.Taking ZS community women's self-organization as the research object,this paper finds that this women's self-organization has played an active role in community public affairs,community culture,community democracy,etc.,but there are still problems in its own management,capacity building,and autonomous operation.Therefore,this article uses the developmental group working model in social work,based on the original interest of the community self-organization,on the one hand to guide the women's group self-organization management standardization,in order to become an interactive publicwelfare self-organization;On the other hand,we will improve the capacity of women's groups to organize themselves,encourage more residents to participate in community building,and promote the harmonious development of communities.Through the application of the developmental group model,it is found that the form of developmental group activities satisfies the diversified needs of women in the community,facilitates the excavation and training of women in the community,establishes group structures and group norms,and applies to the healthy development of self-organization in the community.But at the same time,the developmental group model also has the limitations of high demand for the ability of service clients and lack of long-term mechanisms.This paper explores the applicability and shortcomings of developmental group involvement in community self-organization capacity building and development,and provides a feasible path and experience for other similar community self-organization development.
