The Research On The Organizing Ability Of The Party Organization In Dalate Gacha Village

Organizing ability is the embodiment of the vitality of organizations,and the core and key of the CPC's grass-roots organizations.The history of the CPC is a history of organizing Party members and mobilizing the masses to work together.It is a history of attaching importance to organization and making good use of organizational power.This is the basic experience of the success of the revolution,construction and reform of the CPC.In recent years,Dalate has explored the experience and practices of "Regional Party Building Alliance","Unification and Three Modernizations","Characteristic Grass-roots Party Organizations" and "Going Down to Grass-roots Units" in improving the organizing ability of the Party organizations in Dalate Gacha Village,which is a typical representative of the improvement of organizing ability in Gacha Village.The author sets up four dimensions,which is political leadership,political execution,political organization and political leadership,to analysis the organizing ability of the Party organizations in Dalate Gacha Village.This paper analyzes the political function,organizational function,executive ability and the development of agricultural and pastoral areas,and finds out the problems of weak political leadership,mechanical execution,limited appeal and short leadership in Dalate Gacha Village.Because of the political structure unsuited to the deep problems of the development of modern society,the weak collective economy,the decline of traditional culture and the change of social governance pattern,the author puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions: perfecting the grass-roots organization system,strengthening the collective economy,promoting social governance,and strengthening the management of the party organizations.The author hopes the above suggestions will be useful to the organizing ability construction of the party organization in Dalate Gacha Village.
