Study On The Governance Of Urban Neighbourhood Conflict

At present,the construction of ecological civilization has risen to a nation al strategy,and people's awareness of environmental protection has been increas ingly strengthened.At the same time,the conflicts caused by the neighboring f acilities represented by the garbage transfer stations are becoming more and m ore frequent,and what kind of countermeasures are taken is the necessary skill s to improve the urban governance system and improve the city's governance c apabilities.The city's neighboring conflict avoidance involves a wide range and many participants.This paper proposes to propose horizontal and vertical coop eration among multiple entities through collaborative public management theory,game theory,public participation theory,etc.,and propose effective measures to resolve the conflicts.This paper adopts the systematic analysis of the neighboring avoidance fac ilities,the neighboring avoidance conflicts and their performance and formation reasons at home and abroad,and uses the relevant theories of collaborative public management theory and several typical domestic and foreign conflict avoi dance governance case studies to Chengdu Jinjiang.An empirical analysis of th e incidents of collision avoidance caused by the district garbage transfer station,in-depth analysis of the causes of conflicts,and the way to avoid conflicts.This paper proposes that cities must effectively solve the dilemma of avoi ding conflicts,and encourage the government,the people,third-party organizati ons and other multi-subjects to actively participate in the collaboration,from sc ientific site selection,to advance in advance,to resolve conflicts at the source;to raise public scientific awareness and build the public Participate in the mec hanism to reduce public uncertainty and worry;reasonable compensation to co mpensate for negative externalities;strengthen third-party NGO construction,str engthen multi-party coordination mechanism;clarify the role of government,im prove government credibility and other five aspects.Through the use of collabo rative public management theory,game theory,public participation theory and other theories,combined with the characteristics of Chinese-style neighborhood a voidance conflict,it is an innovative aspect of this research field to propose a new strategy of multi-agent collaboration to solve the problem of avoiding conflicts.
