A Study On The Governance Of Group Events In Neighborhood Avoidance Environment

At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation,with the rapid development of economy,the gradual acceleration of urbanization process and the growing demand for public services.Therefore,a large number of public welfare facilities such as waste incineration plants,sewage treatment centers and thermal power plants must be built.These facilities can bring about overall social welfare,but may cause certain(clear or potential)environmental hazards to the surrounding residents.People gradually enhance their awareness of environmental protection and rights,making them more sensitive to the surrounding environment and infrastructure.Based on the desire to maintain the natural environment and living home,the surrounding residents often have a disgusting complex and often show legitimate rational demands.However,once this mild legitimate interest appeal is fermented and evolved,group incidents of neighbourhood-avoiding environment will occur.Once the incidents deteriorate,from cause,fuse,intensification to outbreak,they will eventually have serious social consequences.Neighborhood facilities construction will occupy an important position in the future urban construction,and the development tends to be "normalized".Normalization means "frequent" and "normal".Neighborhood avoidance facilities and neighbourhood avoidance effect are not problems in themselves,but why the environmental mass incidents caused by them become the real problem of neighbourhood avoidance.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the mechanism and governance strategies of the transformation of neighbourhood avoidance effect to environmental mass incidents.This paper uses the idea of game theory,through the analysis of the game process of neighbourhood avoidance effect,explores the causes of neighbourhood avoidance environmental group events,and then uses logistic regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of neighbourhood avoidance environmental group events,finally puts forward targeted strategies for the governance of neighbourhood avoidance problems in China.Firstly,the dynamic game model between "growth alliance" and "community alliance" in the neighbourhood avoidance effect is established,which shows the strategic choice of both sides in the ideal situation.Then,combined with the theory of social struggle,two factors,comprehensive utility function and income change degree,are introduced into the original ideal model to analyze the reasons and conditions of Community Alliance choosing violent struggle strategy in two realistic situations.In this way,the mechanism of the transformation from neighbourhood avoidance effect to environmental group events can be reasonably explained.Then,through the way of empirical investigation,the data are collected and analyzed,and the quantitative index of public's "neighbourhood-avoidance environmental complex" is constructed.The characteristics of public's "neighbourhood avoidance environmental complex" are described clearly.Then,the main factors affecting the generation of neighbourhood-avoidance environmental events are obtained through the analysis conclusion of logistic regression model,and various factors and "neighbourhood avoidance environment" are presented reasonably.Causality between type complex.Finally,policy suggestions are put forward from multiple dimensions in order to realize the positive interaction and cooperative governance between growth alliance and community alliance.
