Research On The Construction Of Personal Credit System Based On Systematic Thinking

With the reform and opening up,the development of the market economy,the economy and society have made tremendous progress.However,there also been some people in the interpersonal,working,and social activities,the level of personal integrity and morality is declining,and the lack of integrity leads to dishonesty.It is not uncommon,and it is highly valued by the political,business and academic circles.This master's thesis studies the construction of personal credit system from the perspective of system thinking and methods,and promotes not only theoretical value of the honest and trustworthy society,but also practical significance of it.This thesis mainly focuses on the characteristics of the current diversified and fragmented personal credit systems in China;the personal credit collection and results analysis is one-sided;the lack of effective repair mechanism due to the loss of trust records,resulting in the construction of personal credit system becomes a too rigid problem.Therefore,it is proposed to construct a personal credit system from the perspective of system thinking.(1)Based on systematic thinking such as system theory,cybernetics,and information theory,from the perspective of system elements,theoretically interpret the connotation of credit and credit,clarify the scope of personal credit,and analyze foreign countries represented by the United States,Europe,and Japan.The characteristics of the current personal credit system at home and abroad,such as Sesame Credit,clarify the basic elements of personal credit.(2)Based on the "structural-functional" system thinking method,the principle of constructing a systematic personal credit system theory is proposed.The indicators of the construction system satisfy the integrity and hierarchy in the selection,so thecommonality between the indicators can be related to each other,and the classification can be classified by using the commonality as a clue to construct the personality attribute(Character)property and the(Creditworthiness)property.The "3C" model of the Conduct property(ie,natural,economic,and social).(3)Based on the “system feedback principle” to build a credit repair mechanism to solve the problem of people with untrustworthy records and untrustworthy behaviors,through the service of social services,participation in public welfare activities,charitable activities,volunteer activities to repair the lack of integrity,recorded by negative integrity Turning to a positive record of integrity,contributing to the construction of a civil society which is honest and trustworthy.In the end,this paper attempts to construct a personal credit system with Hangzhou as the background,and proposes some measures to promote residents' compliance with credit.It is expected to prove the feasibility of the system from the perspective of practice,and on the other hand improve the rationality of the index of the personal credit system.Italso Guides individuals to be honest and trustworthy,and promote the building of a credible society.
