Video surveillance is an important means for the public security system to maintain national security and social stability.The non-interoperability of surveillance video networks has become a bottleneck in the development of safe cities,and has led to an island of security monitoring data.Multi-domain massive video data cannot be shared in an orderly manner and restricts the development of video surveillance system applications.This article focuses on the interoperability and controlled sharing technologies of video surveillance systems.In view of the characteristics of massive multi-domain video surveillance and the real-time requirements of surveillance scenarios.research video N2 N penetration sharing and video access control.The specific work is as follows:Symmetric NAT has different mappings for different requests,resulting in monitoring video not being able to penetrate the sharing under the network.To solve this problem,the N2 NNRM surveillance video interconnection model is proposed.Due to the characteristics of N2 N system penetration at the network layer,a NAT-independent strong penetration sharing method based on multi-point relay is proposed.The relay node selection algorithm based on location information clustering constructs a data sharing penetration chain composed of N2 N terminals,realizes NAT-independent strong penetration through this shared chain,and adjusts data sharing penetration chain nodes in real time to achieve optimized shared chain transmission.To achieve the purpose of optimizing the transmission performance of the shared chain.Experiments show that the penetration success rate of this method can reach 97.5%,the penetration delay is controlled in milliseconds,and it has the advantage of high stability,which can meet the interconnection and intercommunication requirements of surveillance video.The diversity and dynamic changes of video surveillance scenarios will lead to fine-grained access and dynamic authorization of the system.For this issue,a hybrid-access control model based on attribute-role is proposed.Using the attribute reduction method of BNF paradigm to solve the redundancy problem of non-critical attributes in attribute construction in access control model;Based on the basic role mining algorithm and the hierarchical role construction algorithm,the hierarchical role is constructed,and the "virtual role" redundancy problem of the role construction in the access control model is solved;Experiments show that the time for attribute construction is shortened by 70.6%,the reduction rate of noncritical attributes is 83.8%,the time for role construction is shortened by 65.7%,and the reduction rate of "redundant attributes" is 89.6%.It has the advantages of high reduction rate and small time complexity,and meets the controlled sharing requirements of surveillance video.Based on the above methods,the video surveillance intelligent sharing platform is designed and implemented.The N2 N penetration sharing technology is combined with the video data access control technology,which fully utilizes the advantages of the N2 N intranet penetration system and the hybrid access control model.The system was successfully applied to the Safe City system,which verified the reliability and effectiveness of the algorithm.
