With the acceleration of urbanization process,the urban fringe is also changing quietly,especially in the rural areas of the urban-rural fringe,a large number of migrant communities have been generated.As a special product in the process of modernization,relocated communities are the result of compulsory institutional changes from the perspective of the state.After passively involved in the process of modernization,such communities still face many adjustment difficulties.As the core actors in the relocation community,grass-roots managers play a key role in the governance of the relocation community.However,in the process of transformation,their roles are still faced with a series of difficulties,such as the change of their own work tasks,the adjustment of their focus of work,the adjustment of their work methods,the reform of collective assets,the change of management system,and the cultural adaptation of migrants in the relocation community.Many challenges.In a word,there are still many discomforts in the role recognition,role learning and role expectation of the grass-roots managers in the relocation community after "village to residence".In the future,we need to promote the smooth transformation of their roles from the following three aspects under the joint action of internal and external forces:first,from the level of grass-roots managers themselves,we should improve their adaptability;second,from the level of system construction,we should establish and improve the institutional mechanism for training grass-roots managers of relocated communities in the new era;third,from the level of governance object,we should improve the residents of relocated communities.Quality..Through the smooth transformation of the role of grass-roots managers,to meet the requirements of modernization of grass-roots governance.The full text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter focuses on-the analysis of the core concepts and theoretical basis of the article;the second chapter combs the historical evolution law of the role of grass-roots managers and the realistic requirements after "village to house change";the third chapter focuses on the analysis of the status and dilemma faced by grass-roots managers in the process of role change;the fourth chapter focuses on the dilemma of the role change of grass-roots managers in the relocat The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the role transformation problems encountered in the process of the change of the role of grass-roots managers in the relocation community.
