Innovation Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Police Stations In Less Developed Areas

At present,China has entered a new era of building a comprehensive socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,and the social environment facing the public security work has undergone great changes.The traditional public security ideological and political work is faced with great new challenges in terms of work philosophy,working methods and ideological and political work team construction.As a special organ of the people's democratic dictatorship in China,the public security organ undertakes the important mission of maintaining national political security,ensuring overall social stability,promoting social equity and justice,and ensuring people's peace and happiness.Therefore,the public security organs should keep up with the pace of The Times,adapt to the new trend,grasp the new law,and realize the new act.The less developed area is the later developing area of our country's social economy,ensuring the social security and stability of the less developed area is also the important duty and mission of the public security organs.Similarly,it is an important prerequisite for the public security organs to effectively perform their duties to strengthen the construction of the public security organs in underdeveloped areas,especially the ideological and political construction of the police stations.In LinYi city public security police station as an example,this paper mainly USES the methods of questionnaire investigation,on the basis of political JianJing theory and incentive theory,a comprehensive in-depth analysis of the current public security local police station in less developed areas of ideological and political work present situation,existing problems and causes,and puts forward the countermeasures of ideological and political work of innovation local police stations.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,the research status at home and abroad,the content and methods of the research,the significance of the research,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.The related concepts involved in this study are defined and the basic principles of political police building theory and incentive theory are expounded.The third chapter mainly analyzes the basic situation,ideological status and ideological and political work of the police station.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the ideological and political work in the police stations.Fifth chapter in view of the problem and cause analysis,and put forward the innovation of underdeveloped regions in police station countermeasures of ideological and political work,namely political construction,the local police station police vigorously strengthen the construction of ideological and political work mechanism,build a conform to the requirements of the new era of professional ideological and political work team,the innovation of the public security police station form of ideological and political work,improve the public security police station content of ideological and political work.
