A Study On The Relationship Between The Communist Youth League And Youth Self-organization In Xinyu City In The New Era

After the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics formally entered the historical position of a new era,which put forward new requirements for the work of the Communist Youth League.In June 29,2018,during the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Youth League of China,the constitution of the Communist Youth League of China(Amendment)was approved and approved.The new regiment pointed out that we must unswervingly adhere to Xi Jinping's ad hoc socialist ideology in China and develop the road of mass development with Chinese characteristics.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the Communist Youth League organization is the bridge and link between the party and the government to connect the vast number of young people.We must closely contact the youth,effectively attract young people,unite the youth extensively,and closely unite the majority of the young people around the party.Youth self-organization,as an informal organization of self-establishment,self-management and self-operation of youth groups,plays an important role in youth groups and promotes the work of the Communist Youth League.Therefore,it must be incorporated into the working pattern of the Communist Youth League.Therefore,as the most important official organization of the youth group,the Communist Youth League,how to play a good role as a bridge between the Party and the youth,how to correctly understand the relationship between itself and the youth self-organization,how to promote the exchange and cooperation between the Youth League organization and the youth self-organization,how to unite the youth,and how to strengthen the centripetal force of the youth,is particularly important.This is not only the Communist Youth League of the new era.The focus and difficulty of the work is also the inevitable requirement for further deepening the reform of China's system.At present,under the background of the nineteen major reports of the party and the eighteen major reports of the Communist Youth League,and the development of the Communist Youth League in the new era,the Communist Youth League of the city should reexamine the relationship between itself and the Youth Self organization,find out the problems in the bilateral relations,and make a good bridge between the party and the youth groups.In the new era,if we want to correctly handle the relationship between the Communist Youth League organizations and youth self-organization,we must actively strive for party and government support,optimize the external environment of cooperation;improve the League organization's own structure,enhance the effective coverage of youth self-organization;improve the operation mechanism of youth self-organization,enhance the ability to undertake the transfer of government functions;and play a leading role in youth self-organization.
