Research On The Strategy Of Improving The Level Of Information Disclosure For S City L District Government Government Portal

In the information age,the importance of information for economic and social development and the people's production and life has become increasingly prominent.The person who has the information has the opportunity.As the owner of the largest information,the government has the responsibility to disclose the information it holds to the public.This is not only a requirement of the times for the government,but also an important measure to protect the public's right to know.The first system law on government information disclosure in China is the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information.It came into effect on May 1,2008,and after ten years of development,it was revised in 2019.The Regulations of the Republic of the People's Republic of China on Information Disclosure come into effect on May 15,2019.The government website is mentioned as the first platform for government information disclosure,and it is an important way to improve government information disclosure.At the same time,with the development and application of the Internet,local government portals have increasingly become the most important platform for government information disclosure.In order to understand the status of information disclosure of government portals in District L in detail,this paper combines with actual work to further enhance the level of government information disclosure in District L government portals and further implement the new requirements for government information disclosure in the new era,the study of the information disclosure work of the L district government portal is done with literature research method,comparative analysis method,survey questionnaire and other methods.First,it searched the government information disclosure and related documents of government portals through HowNet,thoroughly studied the current research status at home and abroad,summarized and defined the concepts of government information disclosure,and government portals,and analyzed the related theoretical basis.Then,the paper uses the comparative analysis method,it compared the information disclosure gap between L district and other district governments in the city horizontally and uses the questionnaire to investigate the status of the information disclosure of the portal in the L district.Through the analysis of the basic status,it is found that the information disclosure column is not designed standardized.It's uneven distribution of government informationdisclosure content,insufficient depth,poor timeliness,and insufficient government-civilian interaction,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.In order to propose countermeasures for improvement,the successful experience of information disclosure of government websites in Foshan Chancheng District and Beijing Xicheng District in advanced areas of China was analyzed,and some enlightenments were obtained.Finally,the strategy of information disclosure of government portals in District L is proposed,including changing the concept of government information disclosure,regulating the standards of government information disclosure,strengthening the construction and promotion of government websites,enhancing the information literacy of practitioners,and enhancing the performance of government website information disclosure.Measures,such as evaluation and improvement of the government information disclosure supervision mechanism,is hope to have all the guiding significance for the government information disclosure work in District L,and also is hope to put forward some guidance and practical suggestions on the county government portal information disclosure work.
