Research On Information Disclosure Of The Portal Website Of County Government In Xi'an

In the information age,government portals,as the main channel of government information publicity,are important channel to promote government reform and build a service-oriented government.The county government portals play a leading role in the national government website system.The quality of information publicity is very important for the government information work.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire and in-depth interview are applied to study the information disclosure of county government in Xi'an from the perspective of government portal website.Through the city of Xi'an county(District)of the public questionnaire and interview as well as the 13 county government portal of the actual investigation,found the Xi'an city county government portal website information disclosure work of the overall good performance,but there are also classified information is not reasonable,public access is not convenient;information is not updated in a timely manner,timeliness;information resources are unevenly distributed,less content of public concerns of the people.The thesis makes an analysis of the existing problems by using the theory of the right to know,the service type government and so on.Analysts believe that the reason for these problems,the main reason is that the county government's idea is relatively backward;the lack of ability of information classification and organization of science;lack of top-level design,security system is not perfect;the supervision system is not perfect,the lack of government website information public perfect performance evaluation system on several aspects of this.At the same time,the article draws the successful lessons from Domestic and foreign.On this basis,according to the county government of Xi'an city public information work,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of information disclosure,including the concept of the transformation of county government,pay attention to information disclosure;strengthen the information construction and classification,to achieve access facilitation;good top-level design,integration of the resources sector,to provide "one-stop" service;The system of information disclosure supervision should be perfected to strengthen the performance evaluation of the information disclosure of the government website.From these four aspects,we can enhance the quality and level of information publicity of Xi'an county government,so as to build a trust bridge between the public and the government.
