Research On Alleviating Poverty By Migration Under Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a subject that China needs to study for a long time,as well as an explicit problem of the current government’s effective social governance,the common prosperity of the people and the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Eliminating poverty is an important prerequisite for economic development and social stability.Migration is also a complex engineering problem.Now the large number of residents and the poor living environment in the Yellow River beach area have affected the overall level of local economic development,and there is the problem of a single industry structure which restricts its development.In the long run,it is necessary to carry out poverty alleviation by migration in the Yellow River beach area,and it should continue to be placed in the prominent position of political task.This paper will start from the actual case,take the poverty alleviation by migration in the lower reaches of the Yellow River in Puyang City as an example,and summarize its poverty problems and characteristics as follows: weak infrastructure and industrial power,insufficient solid support work,problems in land resource management,diversity of people’s wishes,and difficulty in promoting classified advancement.It is based on the theory of targeted poverty alleviation,finds out the problems of poverty alleviation and makes analysis of the reasons,and concludes the countermeasures and suggestions as follows: first,apply the rule of law to solve the problems related to land acquisition and migration;second,innovate the resettlement ways of migration;third,make sustainable development plan of ecological migration in the beach area;fourth,improve the normal mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation.
