According to the "Annual Report on the Development of China's Sharing Economy(2019)",in 2018,China's online taxis completed about 20 billion passenger trips, accounting for 36.3%of the total taxi passenger traffic. At least one out of every three taxi riders uses online taxi service.Online taxis have become an increasingly important part of the urban travel service system.During the development period of the domestic car-hailing market, there are fewer car-hailing practitioners and passengers. In order to win more drivers to join, the car-hailing platform provides high subsidies and benefits and reduces the share of income. At that time,it was also a "bonus period" for ride-hailing drivers. With the integration and development of the market, the online car-hailing platform has gradually increased the proportion of drivers' income. The online car-hailing industry has diluted its bonus, and driver income has generally shrunk.Coupled with more and more stringent control measures, lack of comprehensive welfare guarantees, occupational diseases and other factors, the acceptance of ride-hailing drivers for the industry continues to decline.Hangzhou is one of the earliest cities where major car-hailing platforms are stationed, and it is currently the city with the largest number of legal platforms for car-hailing in the country. There are more than 300,000 registered car-hailing drivers. In the form of a special article, the article shows the current professional status of Hangzhou car-hailing drivers from four aspects:survival pressure, risk level, professional identity, and career development.Through interviews,it was found that the income of most full-time ride-hailing drivers can reach the Hangzhou average wage level, but the reduction in subsidies and the pneumonia epidemic has increased the survival pressure of ride-hailing drivers. The industry is still in the development and exploration period. When occupational risks occur, drivers often lack risk avoidance measures;after the ride-hailing incident, some ride-hailing drivers leave the industry under public pressure, and some ride-hailing drivers hope Achieve self-worth at work and be recognized by passengers;for professional development,ride-hailing drivers have different attitudes, but overall there has no clear plan.
