Research On The Evaluation System Of Party Construction Work Responsibility In State-owned Enterprises

The party organization of state-owned enterprises is the battle fortress of our party in the economic field.The establishment of the appraisal system of the party responsibility of the state-owned enterprises is an exploratory attempt to play the core and political core role of the party organizations of the state-owned enterprises in the context of comprehensive and strict governance of the state-owned enterprises.This paper summarizes the historical evolution of the evaluation and evaluation of the responsibility of party building in state-owned enterprises,and provides ideas for determining the main content of the current evaluation system of party building responsibility.On the basis of discussing the problems and causes of the evaluation of the responsibility of party building in state-owned enterprises,it is concluded that the establishment of evaluation system of party responsibility for state-owned enterprises is the solution to the practical problems.In this paper,the evaluation and evaluation system of party building responsibility of Party C is taken as the case,and the evaluation system of G party's party building work is evaluated from four aspects:evaluation and evaluation index,assessment and evaluation method,examination and evaluation subject,assessment and evaluation process Combing and summarizing the experience of revelation,and analyzing the shortcomings.At the end of this paper,we will further consider the establishment of the evaluation system of the responsibility of the Party building in the state-owned enterprises,and draw lessons from the three aspects of the overall design and evaluation of the evaluation system,strengthen the organization security and strengthen the system guarantee,so as to provide reference for the concrete application in practice.It is pointed out that the evaluation system and the relevant management methods of the party building work responsibility of the state-owned enterprises and the relevant management methods have not been introduced at present.Based on the historical evaluation of the achievements of the party building work of the state-owned enterprises and the strengthening of the party building,Of the party building responsibility assessment system as a case of analysis,to improve the state-owned enterprises party building responsibility assessment evaluation system made exploratory recommendations,can be considered an attempt.Another highlight of this paper is the use of the concept of interdisciplinary,the organizational performance appraisal of the relevant theory and methods embedded in the establishment of state-owned enterprises to create responsibility for the assessment process.Party building is an open subject,in practice,is also an open and exploratory work.In strengthening the process of party building in state-owned enterprises,we can learn from the multidisciplinary research results,from other disciplines to try to solve the problems faced by state-owned enterprises in party building.Based on this,we can also draw such a conclusion:the development of large party building pattern will be the future development of party building a trend.
