Delivery is a judicial act and a very important part of judicial process protection. It keeps pace with the times. With the rapid development of science and technology, the era of "electrification" has gradually moved away from us and replaced by the"networked" and "electronic" era.In this era, people no longer yearn to live in a fixed residence, the era of rapid population movement has arrived.Although this brings challenges to delivery,it is also an opportunity to help improve the delivery system.Delivery is a very important part of judicial reform. It is related to the efficiency of the court and reflects whether the justice is fair.It has always been a difficult problem for the court to solve. After reviewing the relevant documents and investigating the electronic delivery of the Jiangxi Higher People’s Court, the author finds that the current academic research on electronic delivery in China is mainly focused on theory, lacking a combination with practice. The emergence of electronic delivery not only expands the delivery channels, but also makes the delivery method more convenient. However, everything has two sides. In reality, when using electronic delivery,we will encounter various problems that need to be solved. This paper investigates the delivery of documents at all levels courts in Jiangxi Province, analyzes and summarizes the actual application of electronic delivery documents, puts forward the confusions in electronic delivery in judicial practice, and proposes reasonable suggestions for these confusions.I hope to provide some help for the improvement of China’s electronic delivery system.
