Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice is an important part of Xi Jinping's series of thoughts.It is the theoretical core and logical red line that runs through Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The topic of this paper is "Research on Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice".The aim is to further expand the theoretical development space of Marxist fairness and justice thought,enrich the scientific connotation of socialist fairness and justice thought with Chinese characteristics,and deepen the scientific understanding and grasp of the spiritual essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping's new era through systematic research on the theoretical origin,forming conditions,theoretical logic,practical path,theoretical innovation and practical characteristics of Xi Jinping's fairness and justice thought.The article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose,research significance and research methods.The second part expounds the theoretical origin and forming conditions of Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice.The third part discusses the main content of Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice from two aspects of theoretical logic and practical basis,analyzes its internal logic composition from four aspects of "fundamental position,value orientation,realization mechanism and realistic path",and then expounds its external practical basis from the overall layout of "five in one",and summarizes the theoretical innovation and practical characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice.This is also the focus of this article.The fourth part discusses the contemporary value of Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice from both theoretical and practical values.The fifth part is the conclusion,which is the summary of the whole article.In short,Xi Jinping's thought of fairness and justice is an inheritance and development of Marxism's concept of fairness and justice.It is a scientific theory deeply rooted in China and has profound connotation.It embodies our Party's unswerving struggle ideal and value pursuit.In particular,the reform has entered a crucial period and the deep water area.Xi Jinping's fairness and justice thought takes "promoting fairness and justice and enhancing thewell-being of the people" as its starting point,and uses the actions of "seizing iron marks and stepping on stones to stay in India" to win the benefits of "real money and silver" for the masses,making every member of society feel the inclusive effect of the reform,have a sense of fairness and equality,and have a real sense of acquisition,thus composing a new chapter in the understanding and practice of fairness and justice in contemporary China.
