Group Work Involved In The Service Research On The Enhancement Of The Youth's Community Participation Ability

Community is the social place teenagers most contact except family and school,which is the important site teenagers are socialized.Teenagers are in the critical time of forming world view,life view and values,in which community environment plays a vital role.Teenagers take part in creating and building a new,vigorous and efficient community governance.Participating in the process,not only can make teenagers and their families more concerned about and better involved in the whole process but also create a good environment for growing up of teenagers.And at the same time,teenagers can acquire social belonging and responsibility,establish relational supported network,strengthen social abilities and accelerate the course of socializing and growing up.However,because of the age characteristics and the current situation of Chinese community,teenagers are willing to play a role in community government but are hard to take part in.Team work,the common method of social work,serves the function of promoting common development of team members.From the very beginning of team work,social workers will lead team members to set common goals and rules and then make them realize the goals step by step according to the initial design of team activities.Taking advantage of the team power,team members can change and strengthen their social functions.Team work has its unique advantages in promoting teenagers' social participant capacity.Through continuous reflection and evaluation of the process and content of group activities,it is found that the awareness,frequency,content and level of participation,participation skills and role change in the process of participation of the community youth community activities have been generally improved.The author summarized the experience and deficiency of group work in the improvement of community participation ability of teenagers in this community,and put forward universal reference Suggestions for group work to involve youth community participation,so as to provide reference for relevant practice of group work.
