The Application Of Group Work In The Process Of Community Residents' Participation In Capacity Enhancement

Insufficient community participation has become an important and difficult work of community construction in China,in order to solve this situation,this paper S community as the research object,using the method of group social work for the backbone of the community residents of ability to ascend.Through the study,three conclusions are drawn:first,the intervention through the group work,community backbone significantly improved its ability to participate in;Second,intervention through the group work,community backbone of participation has been effectively improved;Thirdly,the participation level of the community backbone has been significantly improved through the intervention of the group.At the same time,in the process of research also found that lead to S the root cause of the insufficient community participation because of lacking the ability to community residents to participate in.Caused by a lack of participation ability,so difficult to form the participation,and thus won't go to actively participate in,and finally makes the community participation become a mere formality,which is the level of the community participation is not high.
