Research On The Influence Of The Trust Of The Basic Level Government In Poverty Alleviation On The Performance Of Poverty

Trust is the prerequisite for cooperation.Trust can reduce transaction costs.Trust is the lubricant for the operation of a democratic system.Grassroots government trust is based on personal beliefs,cognitions,rational calculations or emotional factors,the expectation and trust of the grassroots political system(township government organizations and their administrative staff).Villagers actively cooperate in participation in Poverty Alleviation by township governments that is the premise of the achievement of the entire poverty alleviation performance.To show the cooperative attitude of the villagers,it requires a harmonious relationship between the two.The realization of poverty reduction goals can only be realized.The dual status of the village committee between the villagers and the grass-roots government also affects the grass-roots government trust and grass-roots government performance.Accurate poverty alleviation performance has also become the focus of academic attention.By studying relevant literature,we found that in factors which affecting poverty performance,most of them are concentrated on the macro-factors such as the direction and methods of poverty alleviation funds,whether the system is perfect,and whether the targeting mechanism for poverty alleviation is sound and neglecting the research on the relationship between the grass-roots participants during the implementation of the micro-level poverty alleviation work.Current accurate poverty alleviation policy puts high requirements on poverty alleviation.The country has high expectations for the completion of poverty alleviation goals.Discuss the trust status of the grass-roots government,the influencing factors,and the impact on the performance of poverty alleviation,Village committee trust regulation.Reconstructing the trust of the grassroots government and improving the performance of poverty alleviation is an inevitable requirement for building a well-to-do society.This article builds the research ideas and framework by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and based on the existing researches.By exploring the logic of grass-roots government trust,we construct indicators of accurate poverty alleviation performance with both outcomes and processes and establish the path of grass-roots government trust to achieve accurate poverty alleviation performance.Based on this theory,the assumptions of this study are put forward and a conceptual model is constructed:(1)The trust of the grass-roots government is positively correlated with the precision poverty alleviation performance.(2)The trust of the village committee adjusts the correlation between the trust of the grass-roots government and the performance of poverty alleviation Grassroots government trust is divided into organizational trust and interpersonal trust.It discusses the relationship between organizational trust,interpersonal trust and precision poverty alleviation performance,and discusses the regulatory role of village trust.Taking the contiguous area of Mountain Liupan contiguous area as the selected range of the study sample,300 questionnaires were issued.The questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS software and the hypothesis was verified.All of the hypotheses in this paper have been verified,assuming that all are established Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,it proposes how to improve the trust of the grass-roots government and the trust of the village committee,so as to better achieve the goal of accurate poverty alleviation performance.
