Research On The Performance Of Duties Of My Country's Grassroots Government In The "post-poverty Era"

The battle for poverty alleviation,which is about to end in 2020,is an important historical node in China's poverty alleviation work,marking that China has basically eliminated poverty and entered a well-off society in an all-round way,and China's poverty alleviation work has entered the "post poverty alleviation era".How the grass-roots government will play a role in the "post poverty alleviation era" to promote poverty alleviation work to achieve greater results is the purpose of this article.This paper analyzes the function of the grassroots government in the current poverty alleviation work(the stage of poverty alleviation),compares the role of foreign governments in developed countries and developing countries in poverty alleviation work,and finds outstanding problems in China's poverty alleviation work.Orienting and combining with the reality of the grassroots government in China,we put forward the starting points and methods of the functions of the grassroots government in the "post poverty alleviation era".In the specific writing process,it first analyzed the significance of the function of the grassroots government in the "post poverty alleviation era",and then took H Township as an example to find the main problems of the grassroots government in the current poverty alleviation work.Finally,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of foreign poverty alleviation models and how to use foreign experience and achievements in China's grassroots poverty alleviation work,we propose the "post poverty alleviation era" China's grassroots government can explore practical poverty alleviation models and working methods.It should be noted that the "post poverty alleviation era" has not yet begun,and there is not much research in this area at home and abroad.This article is more about finding those problems that cannot be solved in a short time from the current work,and seeking solutions to this problem.At the same time,considering the consistency and continuity of the top-level design of China's poverty alleviation work,the successful experience of the current work at home and abroad also has a high reference value.Combining these three,the role and role of the grassroots government in the "post poverty alleviation era" are proposed path method.
