The lack of knowledge fusion efficiency of the civil?military integration innovation network not only affects the formation of the centrality characteristics of the regional innovation network and the realization of the value of the knowledge supply chain,but also affects the industrialization process of the innovation results,which leads to the overall low-level degradation of the regional independent innovation process.Therefore,strengthening knowledge flow control and promoting the orderly flow of knowledge between networks is the key to enhancing collaborative innovation capabilities.In fact,the structural characteristics of the collaborative innovation network,especially the knowledge potentials of the innovation subject,not only affect the process of knowledge exchange between the subjects,but also are closely related to the enhancement of the efficiency of knowledge and innovation between the networks.To minimize the barriers in knowledge flow between nodes and to strengthen the control of knowledge flow between networks is also the key to optimizing the collaborative innovation process of civil-military integration.China's civil?military integration strategy is moving from the early stage of development to the middle stage of development and from the initial integration to the key stage of deep integration.Therefore,it is not only necessary to stimulate the innovation dynamics of military and civilian enterprises,but also to build a network of innovative networks.The regional collaborative innovation system with continuous improvement of innovative knowledge flows,through the establishment of a knowledge fusion system based on the knowledge of innovation networks,strengthens the knowledge flow among innovation networks,and uses technology innovation to promote the multi-agent win-win for China's civil?military integration strategy.This research is based on theories of collaborative innovation,knowledge flow intensity,knowledge fusion,and knowledge potential.It studies the role of knowledge potential in promoting knowledge fusion among nodes,analyzes the knowledge flow mechanism between military and civilian integrated innovation networks,and describes knowledge among innovation networks.Comprehensively using the methods of literature review,induction and deduction,quantitative analysis and case analysis,etc.,the relationship between knowledge potential and knowledge flow intensity in the process of civil?military fusion collaborative innovation is studied,and the incentive conditions for knowledge fusion between nodes are analyzed.On this basis,by exploring the relationship between the strength of connection between nodes and the intensity of knowledge flow,a knowledge fusion model based on civil?military fusion is constructed.And it is verified by example analysis,that the knowledge flow intensity between nodes is maximized.These studies have effectively improved the knowledge-regulating capabilities of the civil?military fusion innovation network,optimized the integration of civil-military innovation regional knowledge flows,promoted the orderly flow of knowledge flows in the innovation network,and provided certain reference and reference for the construction of China's civil?military integration innovation system.
