Abstract/Summary:
As the integration of military and civilian has become a national strategy,the integration of military and civilian enterprises has become the object of attention from all walks of life in the society.Collaborative innovation is the best way for military-civilian integrated enterprises to continue operating and develop in the new era.It is very beneficial for civil-military integration enterprises to correctly understand the connotation of collaborative innovation ability and clearly grasp the level of their own collaborative innovation ability.In order to understand the status quo of civil-military integration enterprise cooperative innovation,accurate evaluation of this kind of enterprise cooperative innovation ability,fast identification of the key indicators of civil-military integration enterprise cooperative innovation ability,is advantageous for the country and the enterprise itself to develop targeted instruction,this paper constructs the civil-military integration of enterprise cooperative innovation ability evaluation system,and aimed at the problems of civil-military integration enterprise cooperative innovation ability put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of the four aspects of civil-military integration enterprise,collaborative innovation,innovation ability evaluation and civil-military integration enterprise innovation at home and abroad,and defines the concepts of civil-military integration enterprise,collaborative innovation ability and civil-military integration enterprise collaborative innovation ability.On this basis,this paper briefly describes the current situation of the collaborative innovation ability of civil-military integrated enterprises in China,and points out the existing problems of the collaborative innovation ability of civil-military integrated enterprises.Second,the effect factors of civil-military integration enterprise cooperative innovation ability,can be divided into internal and external,internal and external coupling three plates,and on this basis,from the military and civilian integration synergy innovation drive and civil-military integration enterprise cooperative innovation overflow 2 rule layer,personnel,funds,goods drive,patent situation,new products,scientific research and completion of six factors layer and 13 specific indicators,constructs the civil-military integration enterprise cooperative innovation ability evaluation index system.Thirdly,three civil-military integration enterprises are selected as sample enterprises to evaluate their collaborative innovation ability.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to assign weight to each index of the evaluation system.Topsis method is used to conduct empirical evaluation and analysis of sample enterprises from three levels:different enterprises in the same year,different years of the same enterprise and subdivision index.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the collaborative innovation ability of civil-military integration enterprises.According to the empirical results and the analysis of the existing problems in the collaborative innovation ability of civil-military integrated enterprises in chapter 2,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the collaborative innovation ability of civil-military integrated enterprises from five aspects:strengthening talent management,increasing capital input,attaching importance to innovation output,creating a good innovation environment and strengthening innovation cooperation among innovation subjects.
