Practical Research On The Group Work Of Mutual-support Service To Elderly People Living Alone In X Community Of Dalian

In In recent years,China's population aging problem has become increasingly serious.The huge number of elderly people is obvious inconsistent with the fast city life rhythm and the reduction of family size.The growing demand for the elderly has put tremendous pressure on society and family supporters,and it is necessary to inject new blood into the traditional pension industry.Base on China's national conditions and the characteristics of traditional culture,we will develop a new model for pairing young elderly people and elderly people.In this old-age model of mutual support,the enthusiasm of young elderly people has been fully mobilized.Under the premise of the good physical health of the elderly and the financial and material support of the children,the elderly who are in need can be assisted according to the principle of non-coercion,so that the elderly can become the main body of old-age care,and reduce the pressure of family and social pension.This paper combines the field observation method and the semi-structured interview method to explore the current situation,problems and needs of the elderly living alone in the x community of Dalian,and it is found that the old people living alone are lonely,the family concept of children is old,and the community mutual support services are not perfect.In the meantime,the elderly living alone have the needs of cultural life,daily care,and spiritual comfort.The feasibility of the group work involved in the mutual-support service of "helping the elderly" to elderly people living alone in the x community of Dalian is analyzed,and sort out the role of social work in the group and make a plan,then we organized 8 representative elderly people to carry out five group practice activities of mutual-support service,which named "having a chance to meet","repositioning yourselves","learning mutual help in teamwork","trying to live with partners" and "holding the group to support the elderly".It has realized the mutual-support service to elderly people living alone in the x community of Dalian.In the later stage,the team evaluated the effect,the process evaluation and the result evaluation.Finally,the summary team contributed insufficiently,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for Dalian to vigorously promote and develop the "helping the elderly with the old"mutual support for the elderly.In the later stage,we carried out the effect evaluation,process evaluation and result evaluation of the group work,and summary the insufficient of group contributed,then proposed countermeasures and suggestions for Dalian to vigorously promote and develop the "helping the elderly" mutual-support service.The social workers have built a good,effective and sustainable mutual-support service for the elderly living alone in the x community of Dalian.The mutual-support service is based on the group work,the elderly living alone and the community resources.Then we maximize the advantages of these three aspects,to help the elderly living alone to find resources to solve problems,get out of the old-age predicament,finally,realize the mutual-support service for the elderly people living alone in the community.I hope that the overall thinking and intervention process of this study can provide reference and basis for other regions.
